Wycombe Wanderers and two other clubs have considered Premier League attacker

Stockport County, Wycombe Wanderers, and Bromley have shown interest in Crystal Palace attacker Ademola Ola-Adebomi this summer, according to a report by London News Online.

These Football League clubs have considered a potential deal for the Premier League player. However, Ola-Adebomi is now expected to join Belgian side Beveren on loan.

The 20-year-old spent the second half of last season in League One with Burton Albion, where he made 14 appearances and scored once, helping them avoid relegation to League Two.

London News Online also reported that Stevenage and Fleetwood Town were interested in him. Despite this, Crystal Palace has decided to send him abroad to further his development.

Ola-Adebomi, who has been with Crystal Palace for his entire career, has progressed through their academy and played regularly at various youth levels. He signed his first professional contract with the club in 2022 and has scored 16 goals in 33 games for the Under-21 team. While his time at Burton Albion wasn’t prolific, it provided valuable experience.

A move to Beveren, who play in the Belgian second division and finished 8th last season, is now likely for Ola-Adebomi. This switch will take him out of his comfort zone and offer new opportunities for growth.
