Coventry City Football Club has announced a new partnership with XL Motors, a Coventry-based accident repair and car service company, ahead of the 2025/26 season. XL Motors will serve as the team’s official sleeve sponsor and dugout partner, with their branding also featured on pitchside boards and LED displays at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
Club Chief Business Officer Nicola Ibbetson welcomed the partnership, highlighting XL Motors’ strong connection to the club and city. “We’re excited to have XL Motors on board for the season. Rob and the team have long supported Coventry City, and fans will see that commitment reflected throughout the stadium. We’re looking forward to a great partnership.”
XL Motors owner Rob Ally, a lifelong Sky Blues fan, shared his enthusiasm about continuing the relationship. “It’s always an honor for us to partner with the club. As a local business with deep ties to the community, we’re proud to support Coventry City once again. There’s real excitement among our staff, and for me personally, it’s a special moment as a fan.”
Manager Frank Lampard also expressed his appreciation for the support and the energy the partnership brings to the club. “It’s fantastic to see local businesses like XL Motors stepping up and showing such passion for the club. That kind of backing makes a real difference as we prepare for the new season. We’re building something special here, and having strong partners behind us only adds to the momentum.”
With the new season approaching, Coventry City continues to strengthen its off-field foundations while preparing to compete at the highest level under Lampard’s leadership.
