Just weeks after marrying actress Hailee Steinfeld, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is putting his California offseason home on the market. The property, located in the upscale gated community of Monarch Bay in Dana Point, is listed for $8.5 million.
Allen originally purchased the 2,808-square-foot house in 2023 for $7.2 million, shortly after he and Steinfeld began dating. The home, built in 1962, includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and access to the exclusive Monarch Bay Beach Club, which features oceanfront amenities and a golf course.
Allen reportedly spent a significant amount of time at the residence during the NFL offseason, enjoying the California weather. However, after his May 31 wedding in Santa Barbara and honeymoon with Steinfeld, he appears ready to move on from the property.
Sources suggest the couple may be looking for a new home together, possibly in Malibu—where Allen proposed in November 2024. Malibu holds sentimental value for the couple, though Steinfeld has also spoken about her dream of living on a farm.
In addition to Allen’s listing, Steinfeld already owns a home in Encino, purchased in 2021 for $8 million. The 9,000-square-foot property includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and an expansive backyard with a pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen.
The newlyweds have spent much of their offseason in Southern California and recently made appearances in Calabasas and San Diego, including a trip to celebrate former teammate Micah Hyde’s surprise retirement.
Once the NFL season begins, the couple is expected to settle into Allen’s main residence near Orchard Park in Buffalo.
