Derrick Henry Announces Community Event After First Season With Ravens
Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry is preparing for his second season with the team, but he’s also focusing on giving back to his roots.
Henry recently announced that his Two All Foundation will host a Community Day event in his hometown of Yulee, Florida, on June 21. The gathering will be held at the Yulee Sports Complex, featuring activities at both the gym and football fields. He promoted the event on Instagram, encouraging families and fans to attend.
The Two All Foundation’s mission is to empower communities and youth by promoting strong core values and providing support for underprivileged families. The foundation funds educational and enrichment programs in underserved areas, with outreach efforts already making an impact in Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama.
Henry, a native of Yulee, still holds the national high school record for career rushing yards. After a standout college career at Alabama—where he won the Heisman Trophy and helped the team win a national title in 2015—he was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft. He played eight seasons with the Titans before joining the Ravens in 2024.
During his NFL career, Henry has been named Offensive Player of the Year, earned First-Team All-Pro honors, and led the league in rushing touchdowns three times, including in 2024.
In addition to Community Day, Henry’s foundation hosts an annual holiday toy drive each December, distributing hundreds of toys to local children.
With this latest initiative, Henry continues to demonstrate that his influence extends well beyond the football field.
