Dion Dawkins Gives a Priceless “Gift” to Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and actress Hailee Steinfeld are preparing for their upcoming wedding, but when it comes to gifts, one of Allen’s teammates has offered something money can’t buy.

Offensive tackle Dion Dawkins recently joked in an interview on The Rich Eisen Show that his wedding gift to the couple was simply keeping Allen safe.

“Josh can walk down the aisle in one piece, and be happy that he’s walking with all fingers and all toes,” Dawkins said, referring to his job protecting Allen on the field.

Dawkins, a four-time Pro Bowler, previously stirred some buzz in March when he casually mentioned that Allen and Steinfeld were getting married on May 31. Asked again about the wedding date, he played coy and insisted he didn’t know any details or whether he was even invited.

“Is that coming up? I ain’t know nothing about that,” Dawkins said. “We’re all here in Buffalo, working out. I’ll give those guys a FaceTime call and see how everything is going.”

Instead, he said his current focus is on training in Orchard Park—and enjoying some Buffalo wings.

Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld got engaged in November 2024 after dating since 2023. Allen has led the Bills to five AFC East titles and two AFC Championship appearances. Steinfeld is an Oscar-nominated actress and singer, known for roles in True Grit, Hawkeye, Pitch Perfect 2 & 3, and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, among others.

While fans await official wedding details, Dawkins seems content staying out of the spotlight—so long as his quarterback stays upright and healthy.
