Nick Lautar, a tight end from Lebanon High School in Ohio, is gaining attention on the recruiting trail. Standing at 6-foot-5 and weighing 215 pounds, Lautar has become a sought-after prospect in the 2025 class.
So far, Lautar has received 21 scholarship offers from programs across the country. One of those offers comes from the University of Louisville, which is now in line to host him for an official visit.
Louisville is one of four schools that Lautar has scheduled official visits with. The others include Wisconsin, Baylor, and Cincinnati, showing the level of interest he’s drawing from major programs.
Lautar is set to visit Louisville next weekend as part of his tour of potential college destinations. The visit will give the Cardinals a chance to make their pitch in person and strengthen their position in his recruitment.
With multiple official visits lined up, Lautar’s decision-making process appears to be entering a key phase. Each visit will likely play a major role in helping him determine where he’ll continue his football career at the college level.
