Buffalo Bills: Teammate Notes Josh Allen’s Changed Attitude Amid Relationship with Hailee Steinfeld
Buffalo Bills defensive back Christian Benford may not share the field with quarterback Josh Allen, but he’s had the opportunity to observe changes in the star player—especially in connection to Allen’s relationship with actress Hailee Steinfeld.
In a recent interview, Benford remarked that Allen seems noticeably happier in recent months, crediting his relationship for the positive shift. “You could say he’s happier,” Benford said. “He goes home to someone he loves and who makes him happy.”
Despite personal contentment, Allen and the Bills are still pursuing their first Super Bowl title. The team has reached the playoffs for six consecutive seasons, including an appearance in the 2024 AFC Championship Game, where they were defeated by the Kansas City Chiefs.
In the 2024 season, Allen passed for 3,731 yards and 28 touchdowns with only six interceptions. He capped off the season by earning the NFL MVP award and signing a six-year, $330 million contract extension with Buffalo.
Although the Bills continue to fall short of a championship, Allen remains one of the league’s most elite quarterbacks—now seemingly fueled by a strong personal foundation as well.
