Cornerback Daryl Porter Jr. is one of the Buffalo Bills’ 2025 undrafted free agents to watch. A native of South Florida and American Heritage High School graduate, Porter started his college career at West Virginia before transferring to the University of Miami, where he spent two seasons as a starter. Known for his tenacity and football IQ, Porter has ties to Buffalo beyond this signing—his father, Daryl Porter Sr., played for the Bills from 1998 to 2000, and Porter Jr. has previously worked under current Bills cornerbacks coach Jamahle Addae.
Throughout his college career, Porter recorded 108 total tackles, 18 pass breakups, and one interception. He primarily played on the outside and developed a reputation for his physical style and quick decision-making. Although his 5’9½”, 185-pound frame and 4.65-second 40-yard dash time are considered average for NFL standards, his awareness, positioning, and technique helped him stand out.
