Louisville LB Commit Jon Adams Schedules Official Visit
Louisville football is organizing official visits for its top 2026 recruiting targets, including the 13 players currently committed to the program. These visits will take place over four weekends starting in late May.
Among the confirmed visits is Chiefland (Fla.) linebacker Jon Adams, who has been committed to Louisville since November. Adams plans to visit during the weekend of June 20.
Standing 6-foot-3 and weighing 200 pounds, Adams was Louisville’s third commitment in the 2026 class. He is rated as a three-star recruit by 247Sports, ranking No. 116 among linebackers nationally. The 247Sports Composite places him at No. 1136 overall and No. 96 among linebackers.
Adams committed to Louisville after attending the program’s 502 BBQ event last summer. Following a conversation with defensive line coach Mark Hagen, he received his first scholarship offer from the Cardinals and soon made his decision.
During his junior season, Adams recorded 92 tackles, 20.5 tackles for loss, and 10 sacks. He also contributed on offense, rushing for 313 yards and four touchdowns on 30 carries. Adams has also drawn interest from Florida State and other programs.
