With the early signing period for the Class of 2025 quickly approaching, the Louisville football program is starting to gain traction.
On Tuesday, Seffner (Fla.) Armwood linebacker Cameron White announced that he has verbally committed to the Cardinals. He chose Louisville over offers from programs like Michigan, Miami, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, and others.
White had previously committed to UCF during the summer but decommitted late last month. Louisville first offered him in the summer of 2023 and hosted him for an official visit in early June before he initially committed to the Knights a month later.
The 6-foot-1, 225-pound linebacker is ranked as high as the No. 26 linebacker nationally and the No. 91 player in Florida by ESPN. The 247Sports Composite ranks him as the 780th overall prospect in the 2025 class.
As a senior, White has been a standout for Armwood, playing a key role in their perfect 12-0 season so far. He has posted 84 total tackles, nine for loss, six sacks, three forced fumbles, and an interception. The Hawks are currently competing in the regional finals of the Class 6A state playoffs.
With White’s commitment, Louisville’s 2025 recruiting class now stands at 11 players. The three-day early signing period begins on December 4.
