Brisbane Broncos flyer Tristan Sailor confirms Super League move

Sailor, whose future has been uncertain for several months, has signed a two-year deal with St Helens, although the Super League club has yet to confirm the move.

The dynamic Broncos has now revealed his decision. “If I go over there and enjoy it, I might want to stay longer. I have signed for two years with Saints and can really improve my game and be consistent in a high-level competition,” Sailor told AAP.

“I want to learn as much as I can and play top-flight footy. Jack Welsby is an international player who plays similar positions to me, so I can work alongside him.

“Jack and I both play fullback and five-eighth, so during pre-season, it will be a matter of what the coaches decide. One of us will play in either spot. When I get there, it’s something we will figure out.”
