BREAKING NEWS: Juventus Initial offer for defender has been rejected

After weeks of anticipation, Juventus’ initial offer for Jean-Clair Todibo has been rejected.

Todibo, a standout player at Nice in recent seasons, has drawn interest from Manchester United and West Ham. Both Premier League clubs made attempts to sign him, with United blocked by UEFA and Todibo declining West Ham’s offer.

The defender is eager to join Juventus and has been waiting for the Bianconeri to officially approach Nice for his transfer. Juventus needed to make some sales before proceeding and have now offloaded Dean Huijsen and Matias Soule.

Their first offer to Nice was a loan deal with an option to make the transfer permanent in the summer. However, Nice rejected the proposal, insisting that any loan must include an obligation to buy, as reported by Tuttomercatoweb.

Todibo remains hopeful that the situation will be resolved soon, with Juventus expected to return with an improved offer.

Juve FC says Todibo has been linked with several other clubs, so he will only leave Nice for a satisfactory agreement.
