Exeter City has been placed in Southern Group G of the Bristol Street Motors Trophy, alongside fellow League One club Bristol Rovers and League Two side Swindon Town.
The draw for the Group Stages of the 2024/25 Bristol Street Motors Trophy, in which clubs will learn which of the invited Premier League under-21 teams they will meet, will take place live on Sky Sports News on Thursday, June 27 at 2:30pm.
Consideration has been given in the predetermined groupings to ensure that travel time is minimal while recovery time is maximised for players.
City will play one of the following teams in the group stage:
Arsenal U21
Brighton & Hove Albion U21
Chelsea U21
Crystal Palace U21
Fulham U21
Leicester City U21
Tottenham Hotspur U21
West Ham United U21
Bristol Street Motors Trophy Group Stage matches will begin in early September, with dates to be revealed after the EFL’s Fixture Release Day on Wednesday, June 26. The Grecians will play two of their three games at home, including a match against the under-21 team, and one away.
The top two from each group advance to the knockout rounds, with Bristol Street Motors Trophy matches remaining regionalized until the Quarter-Final stage.
